We are moving to paperless billing.  If you have not received an invoice in the mail, please be sure to check your email.

Trash must be out no later than 6:30AM 

If trash or recycle was missed on your scheduled pick up day, you MUST notify us by phone or email no later than 9 A.M. the following day.  If you notify us after 9 A.M., you must wait until your next scheduled pick up. We do not offer any credit for misses we are not notified of before 9A.M

THURSDAY AND FRIDAY CUSTOMERS WILL BE DELAYED 1 DAY - FRIDAY CUSTOMERS WILL BE PICKED UP SATURDAY.

*Max of THREE-cans per home, per week. You may also set out 3-4 bags along with your cans.

*There is "no go-back" for customers who do not have their trash/recycle out before the driver arrives.  *We also WILL NOT go back for any customer who pays their invoice the day of their scheduled pick-up. Please make sure your invoice is paid no later than  3:00 pm the day before your scheduled  pick-up day.
