If trash or recycle was missed on your scheduled pick up day, you must notify us by phone or email no later than 9 A.M. the following day.  If you notify us after 9 A.M., you must wait until your next schduled pick up.

Max of three 96-gallon toter allowance per home, per week. You may also set out 4-5 bags along with your cans. An excessive trash fee will be charged to customers who exceed the above.

 *** CUSTOMER REMINDER**** 

*There is "no go-back" for customers who do not have their trash/recycle out before the driver arrives.  *We also WILL NOT go back for any customer who pays their invoice the day of their scheduled pick-up. Please make sure your invoice is paid no later than  3:00 pm the day before your scheduled  pick-up day.
